Quincy Quoktor
Chief Positivity Officer • Professional Encourager • Believer In Second Chances
Biography
Born and raised in Albany, Western Australia, Quincy Quoktor grew up in a close-knit coastal community where neighbors knew one another by name and lending a helping hand was simply a way of life. Even as a young quokka, Quincy was known for encouraging classmates, comforting friends during difficult times, and somehow convincing everyone that tomorrow would be a little brighter than today.
While many of his childhood friends dreamed of becoming athletes, adventurers, or business owners, Quincy dreamed of making a positive difference in people's lives. His parents often joked that Quincy had never met a stranger—only a friend he hadn't encouraged yet.
Determined to turn his natural compassion into a career, Quincy studied organizational psychology, leadership, and workplace wellness. Following graduation, he spent years consulting with organizations around the world, helping improve employee morale and build stronger workplace cultures. Although his methods occasionally raised a few eyebrows—particularly his belief that meetings should begin with gratitude and end with homemade muffins—his results consistently spoke for themselves.
When Bullderos Studios began searching for someone to oversee employee morale, the hiring committee unanimously agreed Quincy was the perfect fit for the job.
Frank I. Nator remains the only recorded dissenting vote.
Today, Quincy serves as the Chief Positivity Officer at Bullderos Studios, where he is often found delivering handwritten encouragement cards, organizing appreciation events, watering office plants, remembering everyone's birthday, and somehow appearing with fresh blueberry muffins at precisely the moment morale begins to dip.
His office has quietly become one of the most welcoming places on the studio lot, filled with thriving plants, inspirational books, handwritten thank-you notes, and enough lavender-scented supplies to calm an entire production crew. Even amid exploding sets, classified files, dragons, and the occasional peacock-related emergency, Quincy continues to believe that kindness is one of the most valuable investments a person can make.
No one is entirely sure how Quincy manages to stay so optimistic.
Everyone is grateful he does.
