BULLDEROS STUDIOS — Bullderos Studios is proud to announce the newest member of its growing studio family, Quincy Quoktor, internationally recognized workplace encouragement expert, motivational speaker, bestselling author, and widely respected advocate for kindness, emotional wellness, kale, and what he describes as "the life-changing properties of lavender oil."
Quoktor officially joins Bullderos Studios as the company's new Chief Encouragement Officer, following what studio executives described as "a thorough, thoughtful, and mostly organized hiring process."
According to internal sources, the selection committee spent several hours discussing whether Quoktor was truly the right fit for the studio.
The final vote was overwhelmingly unanimous.
Mostly.
One employee was notably absent from the meeting.
Studio representatives confirmed that Frank I. Nator was neither invited nor informed that a vote regarding workplace encouragement was taking place, describing the omission as "an administrative oversight" before immediately changing the subject.
Throughout his distinguished career, Quoktor has helped organizations around the world improve workplace morale, strengthen team relationships, reduce conflict, and remind people that every difficult day can usually be improved with kindness, fresh air, healthy snacks, and, whenever appropriate, lavender oil.
His arrival marks one of the studio's most significant hires to date.
Crew members have already reported seeing Quoktor delivering encouragement baskets, complimenting employees on their hard work, recommending additional leafy greens in the cafeteria, and gently reminding everyone that "every challenge is simply another opportunity to grow."
He has also reportedly submitted a proposal requesting that kale become available in all studio vending machines.
The proposal remains under review.
While Bullderos Studios maintains that Quoktor's role is to encourage every member of the organization equally, several employees quietly admitted they are "extremely optimistic" about what his presence may mean for one particular coworker.
Those employees declined to elaborate.
As for Frank...
When informed that the studio had hired a world-renowned encouragement expert, he reportedly shrugged.
"Seems like a nice little guy."
Studio officials confirmed that Frank still has absolutely no idea why Quincy was hired.
For now...
Everyone else plans on keeping it that way.
